在 Test Floor，時間常常不是花在判斷問題，而是花在準備資料：尋找適合的解析工具、開啟既有的 JMP 流程、轉換檔案，或另外撰寫 parsing script，才能開始看測試結果。
我開發 STDF Insight，是希望讓第一線 Test Engineer 能直接載入 STDF test data，在瀏覽器內快速查看 yield、failing tests、site balance、wafer signature 與 test distributions。不需要先透過 JMP，也不必為每次問題重複準備 parsing 流程。
當異常發生時，工程師應該把時間用在理解資料、定位原因與做出判斷，而不是等待資料被轉成可以分析的格式。
