On the test floor, time often goes into preparing data: finding a parser, opening an existing JMP workflow, converting files, or writing a parsing script before reviewing the results.

I built STDF Insight so frontline test engineers can load STDF test data directly and quickly inspect yield, failing tests, site balance, wafer signatures, and test distributions in the browser. There is no need to go through JMP first or rebuild a parsing workflow for each issue.

When an anomaly appears, engineers should be able to focus on understanding the data, identifying the cause, and making a decision, rather than waiting for the data to become ready for analysis.
